I really want an Ipod. Do you think I could find one in Mexico when I travel there?
If you do, you will probably pay as much as you would in the U.S. if not more. I have found that non Mexican made high tech goods are very expensive compared to their cost in the U.S. Besides that, it has a good chance of being a Chinese rip off and there will be no warranty covering it... so you will probably just be throwing your money away on it.

Yeah, high tech personal electronics are in high demand in Mexico. I know that my cousin usually goes once a year to Mexico and takes things like video games and personal dvd players and even laptops and just about pays for her vacation by selling them to folks that order them from her before she goes.

Garrison is a lil off the mark you don't have to buy your ipod off the street vendors right? the mexicans also have serious electronic and tecnology stores however it will be a tad more expensive than in the states .

Yes you could. It will cost you about 100USD more than if you buy it in the US, or Panama.

Come on duhh!! Of course you can find one.
Melkiha
Of course!
Where are you traveling from?
It might not be cheaper than back home, mind you.
And if you're serious about getting one, shop around. Prices vary depending on the store.
Sometimes, there are very, very good sales.
But you have to check newspapers or the store's own printed advertising.

Yes you will be able to find one there...but it will cost you double then what you would pay for one here in the US

We just saw the same Ipod in Liverpool store in Mexico city for 345 us dls.
