I would like to go study in mexico, can someone help me?

The UNAM is the better university of the Spanish speaking world, and only universities like Yale or higher are better. You can rent a department in any "closed community", in any place of the city, but I recommend Coyoacan District (DelegaciÃ³n CoyoacÃ¡n), wich is where the UNAM is located. DonÂ´t listen to people that doesnÂ´t know nothing, IÂ´m mexican, and have been robed one time, and it was in another state, Mexico City is a big city and you have nothing to worry about; the issue is if the UNAM will accept you; and I donÂ´t know about dorms.

About the work, you can work from, at a little restaurant to the US Embassy, that depends on you.

You need to make sure that the Mexican school (UNAM) will accept your diploma from a US high school. I was living in Mexico and an American friend of mine came and studied to get her bachelors degree at a private university. After 2 years hard work they told her that her US high school diploma did not hold any validity in Mexico and she didnt receive ANY CREDIT for her courses. If you are going to study in UNAM as a foreigner, you have to pay (only Mexicans can go to a state univ. for free) and I heard it is expensive. Whether or not Spanish is your native language doesnt matter, you still must take entrance exams and I heard that they can be difficult (UNAM is the most respected state univ. in Mex) Also, you need to be careful what type of visa you enter on, student visas dont give u the authority to work (unless internship --which usually dont pay); however, you probably can get a job anyway (illegally). There are also satellite campuses of UNAM, Mexico City can be dangerous and disgusting. Your best bet is to get a bachelors degree first in the US, then go abroad to seek more education. Many colleges and universities in the US also have exchange programs. It is better to try the exchange program first before u commit to something. You are pretty young, if this is something that you really want you should research it well.

Well, i know universities dont have dorms...but I know people that rent appartments.
If you e mail me, I can provide you the number of a place in San Pedro de los Pinos, a big house that has different appartments inside, so its very safe and you can be alone, but still in a family environement. The area is decent and very close to UNAM.

Let me tell u something little boy, Mexico city is a very dangerous place and speak spanish gonna help u to understand to the asaltantes (u said u speak spanish) so I would recomend u to look for another city like Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro or mine Leon. About the UNAM I don't know but I'm studying in the Tec de Monterrey and yes we have dorms we're not pehispanicsand any Tec de Monterrey around the country have it. About the work I think u would get a good job but u have to look for it very hard cuz is not so easy, belive me (I speak fluid english,french and chinesse and also understand italian and portuguese) being american not gonna help u so much and about the pay could be good for living here but not the quantities (cantidades) u are use to in US. I don't know well about to apply for u but being american would help u in this. About the 4AP I don't know what is it. About this mexican guy Eyes see all I have a lot of friends from Mexico city and some of them had never been robed and some others just few times, but people from there recognize people from outside and let me tell u from 10 of my friend that go there 7 had been asaulted, and the other 3 have family there or they were born there, people from there can't tell u the truth cuz they grow there and is easier.
