IS it ok to travel to Puerto Vallarta, MX in july,aug,sept, or oct months?

I heard it was the rainy months, but how rainy or bad is it? really want to go, does anyone recommend that city?

It gets hot and muggy then . What was typical for the past few years when I was there was that late afternoon storms would pop up around 4 - 6 pm and then be done. It was usually after we finished our daytime activities and were in our rooms getting cooled off/ cleaned up and ready for dinner.

sometimes lasted 20 minutes sometimes an hour or two.

I went to Puerto Vallarta for a few days last year in July. It was great. Its a really nice place.

Puerto Vallarta is the best beach town in Mexico, its tropical rain..so its not bad at all, it might rain at night or in the afternoon, but normally only for a little while..

and in my opinion tropical rain is great, i love swimming while its raining warm rain..

i guess it's ok to travel to Puerto Vallarta, MX in July, Sep., Aug., or October. As long as you have the money to travel over there. My boyfriend is probably going to go for vacation. That's were his bos's want to send him. I GUESS???!!!!!...

I went to Piedras Negras in July and I think it rained the last day that we were there. It is just right across the border though. Check a weather website or some mexican weather websites

Sept. Oct. and Nov. are the months of strong winds and rain.
Nov. through April you can enjoy blue skies and cool winds. Average temperature is 78 degrees.
