yes, a passport is federal. you will also need other things like a birth certificates and other ID's that have your current address. |

you can apply for a passport from your local post office, or to a passport office in your town, but first you must be a US Citizen, Are You????? Going to a school in PA, for what? To be an MD?? Or, you have an MD licence from another Country, and want to apply a US Passport with your MD licence as your Identification??? |
