The only thing you will find different in an internet cafe in Mexico (besides the prices) is that the keyboard will be a Spanish keyboard. The lay-out is a little different. You may have trouble finding the @, and some other characters will not be where you expect to find them.
If you're having trouble, just ask someone there. They will help you with a smile.
Any URL you type into the address bar will come up just like you expect it to.
You'll be happily amazed at the price of getting onlin in most any Mexican internet cafe.
