If you have a 20,000 peso bill it is the old Mexican peso and equal to about 20 pesos today but the banks do not accept them so only a collector or a fool will give you money for it. Sorry.

They don't make these anymore!!! These are the old bills that in there times were worth 20 pesos... $2 american.
They are as good as Confederate money was after the war between the North and South.
Save it for your collection...
By the way, any money you take to the bank here in the US will have to be sent to a border town to exchange... it takes about 2 weeks.

There is no such bill in current Mexican currency. it is probably an old bill from before the devaluation in the 90's...and is now totally worthless. I have frinds who have stacks of those old bills (I live in Mexico).
just me
Sure why not

I would call your local bank 1st - It probably will be scrutinized for a forgery - so expect that. Best would be to deal with a bank that you have an account with.

Probably not, you might get someone to give you a dollar or two as a curiosity, at a flea market or swapmeet
