This sounds like a puzzle your Spanish teacher gave you.
They are from the state of Mexico. A state that wraps around the north part of Mexico DF (another possible answer to the puzzle--people in the country of Mexico ofter refer to Mexico City just as Mexico). If you were in Guadalajara and said to someone that you were going to Mexico, they would understand that you mean Mexico CIty (or Mexico DF--Federal District).
So, I'm going to guess Mexico state if she asked "what state" or Mexico DF if she didn't. |
