Many are desperate... those that are really poor (honestly poor, i mean) really do believe the saying that they will be "sweeping up money off the streets."
Some are criminals who are about to get caught there, so they come here to do their dirty work.
And there are those who do it for kicks! Sure, why not! Haven't you ever done ANYTHING illegal just to see if you could get away with it? |
