Nope. It's actually called Comida Mexicana or Mexican Food. In other words it's the same thing as we call it here. |

Tacos = tacos
sopas = soups
guisado = mix of meat and vegetables ( pork beef or chicken )
caldo tlalpenio = nothing like it ! soup of vegetables, meat, avocado,
cheesse, known to bring you back to life, after
heavy drinking or a cold.
caldo azteca, chimichangas, tostadas, chilaquiles, picadillo con papas, flautas, enchiladas, sopes etc etc etc...
Burritos can be found, but that is an american invention, we don't really eat that. |
