In the states, if I'm taking a picture, I say, "Say Cheese." in Mexico?

In Mexico, would I say, "Dice, Queso."

You're right, your translation would be "digan queso", lol. But if I were taking a picture what I would actually say in Spanish is "digan whiskey", so I would get a grinning look, which I wouldn't with queso.

You can say... "Diga Cheese/Whisky" OR
"Di Cheese/Whisky"
