Is the end of November a good time to take a honeymoon vacation to the Mayan Riviera Resorts in Mexico?

Is it too risky for bad weather ?

Anything I should know (good or bad)??

Fall is hurricane season there but it doesn't mean there will be one. November is a perfect time to go because it is not so hot. I will be staying at Mayan Riviera in Sept. and I am not concerned about the weather. I have been to Cancun many times and almost every month of the year and never had a bad experience weather wise. It could happen but the chances are slim.

The hurricane season runs through Nov. 1st, so you should be good, and the weather should be breezy, sunny, and dry. Congratulations and have fun!

I think you will find this link the MOST helpful...it gives you maps pertaining to each of the hurricane season months. It will show the usual paths for hurricanes during each of the months.

You shouldn't have any problems going in November!

The climate is not a very precise science!
I was in Playa last december (from the 5th ) and the weather was sunny every day !
Look at the pictures here :( first 16 pictures were taken in Mexico city)

End of November is the end of the rainy season. There will be lots of lush green and a small chance of rain (won't last long).
Have fun.

please email me ( gerry@snapshottravelagency.com ) the details of your trip ( exact dates , departure airport , budget , preferences ,etc. ) and let me get you a Honeymoon package that will meet & exceed your expectations ! you r honeymoon is the crowned jewel of the most important event in your life , as well as the starting off point of your life together , so make it as memorable as possible . Let a travel pro take care of everything for you , there are enough other details for you to worry about . I have vacationed extensively in the Riviera Maya - it's a wonderful choice for a Honeymoon - and I will handle everything and get you the best trip possible at the best price available . Best of luck 7 regards , Gerry Donnelly , Snapshot Travel

One word of warning: Hurricane season goes from about June to December, so there's no guarantee Mother Nature will have all the hurricanes or tropical storms out of her system by November.
