Like others have said, it sounds like a perfectly legitamate address in Mexico to me. of course its likely a rural address but while it may sound odd to you, its perfectly logical down here. Along the highway from Progreso to Telchac, at kilometer 13 (probably well-maked on a post,) you will find a road entering a small town or suburb named "Christina" that road will be called "Entrada Cristina." Right at that intersection, you will find your spot! The area will inside of the greater municipal boundary area of the City of Progreso in the State of Yucatan........

Yes is real. Since that address is between to poblated areas; Progeso and Telchac. In México most of the times for an address between towns is used another reference than numbers, since on the roads there are not and the only reference is the kilometer, but not parts of it.
Entrada Cristina means "Cristina entrance" so is seems to be a ranch or something alike and you (or your cab) must look only for the add at that kilometer.

Yes, except for the "Entrada Cristina" verbiage, this appears to be a bona fide street address. Add a name plus the appropriate postal code and it's even a bona fide mailing address. I think the "Entrada Cristina" points to a specific way in from the street, maybe a crossroad, an alley, or a plaza of some sort. From what I can tell, the address is located among some vacation rental homes. (For example, this home featured at this site is very close by: http://www.vacationhomerentals.com/vacation-rentals/Telchac-Puerto-Mexico-A-magic-contact-with-the-nature-proID-12893.html ) You didn't name the company or the property involved, but it looks like they gave you a real address. Didn't they also give you a telephone number?

i am not familiar with the area but, Yucatán is the state, Progreso is the city (or town) and the address is located off the Highway Progreso-Telchac. The exit may say Cristina or this may be a reference to the Colonia or this could be the name of the development. sounds okay. possible zip code is 97320 (Progreso) or 97407 (Telchac Puerto) this link is to a map that will give you a general idea of where it is (coastal). http://www.maps-of-mexico.com/yucatan-state-mexico/yucatan-state-mexico-map-b0.shtml
