Macdonals burger king parking fees? |
Well it is very true in Mexico you have to pay for parking when eating at burger king pizza hut, MacDonals etc, even at the mall you must pay for parking!
in my humble opinion it think this is ridiculous, and none should go to these places in a car! now you know if go to mexico be ready to pay for parking at macdonals.
or even better dont go to Mexico it's horrible dog poop everywhere! Additional Details Bagaloo! you dont know this for a fact do you? i just cam back and yes they do charge for parking whether you buy or don't, and you don't eat out so you dot know what's going on outside of your little world, do you, besides only people with some money get to eat at these places. and /or tourists!
people dont go to mexico its a filty place in el Estado de Mexico this happens check it out! for those who whose comments are stupid and rude more than anything else. even the Home depot charges for parking!!! Cuahuila i thinks is the worst state the police officers stop anyone with a none mexican licence plate this is a fact!!! i live it.
so if you decide to go to mexico by a car be very careful there. |

If you are in Mexico and eating at Burger King and MacDonald's I think you are not getting the full picture. Once in a while for convenience I'll find myself at one of these places but really it's not worth it. American fast food chains are more expensive than most local restaurants and the quality of the food is not even close.
That being said, in 10 years in Mexico I've driven to 3 MacDonald's, Cancun, Merida and Campeche. None of them had pay parking.
And the walmart in Merida does have a booth and a parking attendant but the parking is free when you make a purchase. |

Where in México?
I'm mexican, living and answering from México.
It is true that in some malls you have to pay for parking, but it happens in the most crowded cities and some areas, like México City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and some other very specific. But NOT at any McDonalds, Buger King or all malls.
The most is for free in other cities; but in crowded cities the space (and security) is expensive. But, don't be afraid, and don't scare averybody, because that what you claim is FALSE.
Although I don't like neither McDonalds nor Pizza Hut, or that uggly food, my children like it; therefore I go to places like those, in several cities; and NO ONE has parking fee. (It is in Aguascalientes and León cities mainly, the area where I live). |

WHAT are u talking about!!??
I lived in Mexico for 13 years and a half i never payed anything (except the food) when i went to a McDonald's...
You DO pay at malls cuz they are watching over ur car so that's kinda the way of thanking ONLY at big malls or at malls in big cities..
You probably went to Mexico, went to ONE of these fast foods and you had to pay, and now that's why you say EVERYWHERE... |

You went to Mexico and went to McDonald's, Burger King AND Pizza Hut?
That, my dear, is the problem.
It is also, in combination which such ridiculous statements, where people get the concept of Americans as uncultured, ignorant an obese. I don't think you represent most Americans, just the loud ones. Shhhh.
Next time, stay home. Please. You can then get as many drive through greasy burgers as you want, and no one will watch offend you by watching over your car. |

I am an American living in Cancun and I gladly pay the 10 pesos ($1.00) to the guy watching my car and cleaning my windshield and stopping traffic so I can back out safely.
As Dorothy from Wizard of Oz says "Todo we aren't in Kansas anymore." Mexico is not any place other than Mexico and until you have been here for a while please don't judge what you don't understand. |

Paid parking is common in Mexico, it pays for the guy who will keep an eye on your car and clean up the dog poop, if any. |

Maybe you went to some Mexican prison because you are a low class American? That would explain the poop everywhere. |

Its not the business charging for parking. It is the person who owns the parking lot. |

Don't go to Mexico in a car and eat at a fast food chain because they are crazy and charge for parking. - That is the right answer! |
