naahh i understand what u mean. But no, its just a myth. It is believed or accepted by Hispanics (most) that when u hear a little "beeping" sound (for whatever reason) it means that someone is talking about you (usually talking bad about you) but i dont believe in that, its just like a saying. Not true

I understood you perfectly.

This is a popular mexican "myth", it is common to say when someone is talking bad things about someone not present, that his ears will be ringing. It is very common to say this in México!. Or, if your ears ring, you say "hey!, someone must be talking bad about me". But, Of course, this is false and we do know that, this is just a mexican joke.
