Ok so i need a list to what to bring to mexico.Stuff that would most likely be forgotten or something i would regret 4 going, and want to come back to the US to get it. I'm talking about stuff like books, jewelry beads,blah blah blah stuff i wouldn't be able to find over there and if u have some clothes in mind please also list that every things welcome!(well not everything but u know what i mean)

You don't say where you're going. But if you're going to be at high elevation, you may need warm sweats to sleep in. I've awaken in some cities. like Morelia and San Cristobal de las Casas, and seen my breath in July and August and wished I had an electric blanket.
If you're at sea level, then don't worry about that. |

I am an American who lives in Mexico, I have a home in Monterrey and in the mountains of San Luis, first thing is if you love corn bread bring corn meal to cook it! Ok I am joking but I miss corn bread so badly. Truthfully, it depends on the region you are going to. The first thing I suggest is shoes. It is very difficult for me to find shoes over here. I mean they have shoes, but they are completely different. Other than that anything you want you can buy in the city. Please keep 3 copies of your documents, one with you, one with a close family member and the other with another close person whom you trust. Other than that just a camera and your lap top if you have one. What part are you moving to? |

You mean for good? If so bring your favorite book and clothes, if its only for vacation, just clothes according to the weather, some medicines for stomach and head aches.
Bring walking shoes and a pair for a nice dress.
You can find everything there, so if you forget something you will be able to find it.

buy all of the handmade suveniers like bracelets, also you can buy art and ceramics. I love mexican candy so I always bring some when i go out there. You must bring atleast one mexican clothe... .Have fun! |
