She may have made it so that it was enough money for food and food alone, for you to entertain yourselves. People work on a tight budget all the time. Have friends over, watch movies, or visa versa. Play video games. Go to the mall and window shop or hang out if you HAVE to go out.
If not, there is wiring money by western union or something, but that would mean that she has to use the cash that she has on her.
Talk to her, ask why only 40 bucks. |
