bookit.com for booking (best prices online)
or tripadvisor.com if you would like to read reviews.
Here's where we stay:
http://www.palaceresorts.com
With the Palace resorts, you can hop from one to another (though not so much on Coz as there is only one resort there; however you CAN go over to Playacar Palace or Xpu-Ha or Aventura Palaces for the day)
Just got back from Coz Palace yesterday. Highly recommend. We bought a member's week (paid less than we would have if we'd booked online through the Palace or through expedia, bookit, etc.) and also got additional perks above and beyond the AI and all the free tours. Massage, manicure and pedicure, add'l discounts on golf and in the gift shops, free airport transfers) Contact me if you want to know more about how to do this.

Yes you perfer cozumel, but Costa Rica is an amazing place! A family member lives un Papagayo and he works at the Four Seasons. I highly reccomend the Four Seasons. Its luxury. Visit their website
*fourseasons.com
click on search for a resort, there you have it, all the four seasons locations in the world.

please try it!

The Reef Club is an excellent choice. I book scuba diving trips to Cozumel all the time & I know of it's reputation. Just get on your computer & search for (Cozumel, MX All Inclusives). This will bring up a list of all the resorts that offer an "All Inclusive" & they will have all the prices!!!

I stayed at the reef and will not go back. No elevators, Misquotoes on balcony, food was the worst ever and we travel mexico a lot. Try the Rui if one is there.Go to expedia.com.

You might check out the Melia as an option- we stayed there December 07 for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Great food, clean and beautiful beach. Were even going back for our first anniversary 12/08. www.solmelia.com Hope this helps!
