go see a travel agent and discuss your wants with them. they are experienced and do NOT charge you for their services. Mexico is a BIG country with many places to visit.

You can get alot of info. on the internet, resorts, flights, things to do and you can build your own vacation.. you can even read reviews from other travelers....you can get your ideas and if you choose not to use the internet services you can go to a travel agent that will put it all together for you...I perfer to do this...

If you really want to enjoy Mexico for the beautiful place it is, I would stay away from the popular border towns /Tijuana,Ensenada,etc./ Only my personal experiences talking here, but I didnt like most of the towns.
