ok here's the deal, my best friend and i really want to go to a summer getaway in june. t be more specific we want to go to cancun! we looked at the prices with the flight+hotel and an activitie...it was only like 1,997.00!! super cheap, but heres the deal, we haven't really told our parents that we want to do this and my mom would have to take us...and lets just say, she's not the easiest brick to crack, so the point is, i was wondering if u knnew anything i could probably say or do that would be convincing enough to let us go! |

You sound very young. You have to be at least 18 to book a room and you need to have a credit card in your name when you register at the hotel. Some resorts you have to be age 21 and older.
Where do you plan on getting the money to pay for this "getaway"?

Seriously, if you are that young, too young to travel on your own, I don't understand how that amount of money is cheap in your view. I envy your position, but kudos to you if you are that comfortable.
