Probably you mean the (SRE) SecretarÃa de Relaciones Exteriores. That means the international relations ministery. The minister is called Canciller an is the designated person by the President to hold all the international relations of Mexico with other countries. The current minister is Eugenio Derbez and if i am not wrong is the second minister appointed by President Fox (former was Jorge CastaÃ±eda).
