I've found reasonable deals on the craigslist web site. If you're going between now and Christmas, I also suggest checking with friends, family, or acquaintances who happen to be RCI members and may be willing to bargain with you for a week's accommodations at an affiliated resort.

Hola. Crowne Plaza and the Mayan Palace are the two hot spots for timeshare in the Los Cabos area. Check out their websites (Mayan isn't complete yet)

If your question is about buying a timeshare. Don't do it. If you want to rent a condo, try: www.vbro.com or homeaway.com

I recommend renting a condo or vacation home for the time you are there. You can find some at www.amysgetaways.com look under the tabs- you will find that it is more than a travel agency. Have a nice vacation.

DON'T DO IT, they will try to make you buy the timeshare, they will bug you until you leave, they will be after you to accept their breakfast or dinner, they will pursue you until you buy or leave... those will be a hell of a vacations, get yourself a nice hotel in Cabo, and then enjoy your vacations... (advice given by some of the former RCI= timeshare exchange company, employees)
