Is exactly the way I feel when I go to New York and eat a slice of hand-tossed pizza from the local pie shop in Brooklyn; what makes a slice of hand tossed pizza in Brooklyn taste better than a slice of Pizza Hut or Dominos Pizza?

Is it the water? Is it a particular ingredient on the dough? Maybe is the extra Parsley and Oregano in the sauce? Nah! Could it be because is made ina clay brick oven with coal, the old fashioned way? Hmmm, maybe? but it definitely gives it that particular taste that simply can't be replicated by any fast food chain restaurant.

Same's with Mexican food, I can still remember eating some carnitas in Ciudad Juarez a while back, with a big bunch of "Dos Equis" beers, man, it was awesome. I think is the grease that gives it that flavor; since everyone else is thinking low-carb, low-fat, low-sodium (and no taste whatsoever). Give me a plate of REAL mexican food and plenty of Dos Equis, dammit!
