They're not about 90% of the time. Americans are more angry by far. Mexicans are way easier to get along with. But some of the cholos living in Los Angeles pretend like they are angry just to appear as a hard asses.

all of the Mexicanos/Mexicanas i have interacted with have been the nicest people i have ever met. i am sure there are some angry Mexicanos but there are angry people of every race. so i would be careful.

I don't think anger is they main emotion that comes to my mind when I think of Mexican in general, I believe it is primarily frustration.
But yes, Mexicans are resentful towards Americans in particular and yes they are angry at the (Gringos), they generally blame the failure of their country to 2 factors and they are classic, FIRST the US of A and their corrupt politicians.
As I have learned for far, people can be classified into 2 main groups, the group that takes ownership for not only it's success but it's Failures and those that do not and instead place blame elsewhere.
I see most Mexicans falling into the second category because
they never stop placing blame on their government, what they don't realize is that their government is by Mexicans and for Mexicans, so when they blame their government they are actually blaming themselves
