Beaches: Cancun, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, XelHa...

Colonial towns: Merida, Valladolid, Campeche and a handful o beautiful haciendas now converted to hotels...

Prehispanic zones: Tulum, Kobah, Uxmal, Chichen Itza, Santa Rosa...

Adventure and extreme sports: underwater cave diving, scuba diving, swimming with sharks

Nature: the cenotes (inland water springs), the underwater caves, the world's 2nd largest and most important coral reef...

And these are only a very, but very, small part of Mexico which is considered one of the 9 most megadiverse countries in the world.

Hot as in Temperature? Go to Mexico City. If you are looking for a good time go to Cabo.

Cancun for sure. All the Spring-Breakers go there. That or Cabo san lucas (sp)
