Look for Dreams Resort Cancun.
To me, the best of the best, located at the very tip of the island, spectacular views and wonderful service.

Best to you.

We stayed at the Beach Palace all inclusive. It was nice. Beach Palace was within walking distance to a shopping area and Planet Hollywood. Alcoholic drinks were included. They have a swim up bar and rooms with whirlpool tubs on the 7th and 8th floors. The floors are marble so watch out after getting out of the tub. Food and entertainment were good too. Part of the package included taking wave runners out through a mangrove into the open ocean, docking them, and then snorkeling on a reef. Overall enjoyable experience.

I like the Blue Bay Adults Only on the island. Everything optional except screaming kids. It is also very close to everything, meaning the old Cancun and the new Cancun.... Good Travels...

Iberostar Paraiso Maya. I've been there 5 years in a row now. I've also been to the Moon Palace and other all inclusive resorts in Cancun, but none compare to Iberostar. They have an only adults resort, which is brand new. Paraiso Maya is for kids and adults and is only a couple years old. It's beautiful. The service is great, the food is great, everything is always clean, they have all sorts of activities, and even nightly shows. I highly recommend it!
