What can I buy in mexico that's cheaper than in the U.S?

My mother is going to Mexico this week and she wants to know what I want...I've never been there and I was wondering what are some good things I can get in Mexico that will be cheaper than here in the U.S.?

Things made in Mexico are much cheaper. You can find some handicrafts that are wonderful, typical clothing, carvings, serapes, leather goods, anything imported into Mexico will be more expensive.

Homemade pottery and crafts, they are really high quality, especially when you visit those local flee market sales and stuff.

The genuine hand crafted items (watch out for made in China) are beautiful and inexpensive. Depending on where she is going, there may be pottery, woven items, clothing, silver or inlaid jewelry and a variety of other beautiful items.
