I would suggest Guadalajara. My sister went to school for a summer there.
Anyone from the states (like me!) would think Mexico in the summer is the worst place in the world to be. However, Guadalajara is in the mountains and is very pleasant year round. The average temperature YEAR ROUND averages 73-90 (see link below). Someone told me they don't have heat or air conditioning there!

I suggest you explore, explore, and explore some more. Also get a wicked tan like someone else said, swim with the dolphins, go on a zip-line tour, eat food from street vendors (no you will not get sick), get drunk (doesn't matter your age), go shopping at a local market, hell there's so much to do you won't need a list once you get there. |
