Desire is a great clothing optional, adults only, all inclusive in resort in cancun. It is on the beach. If you are on more of a budget, Bluebay Getaway, also in Cancun is adults only, topless (not clothing optional) all inclusive. Both are great choices, I have been to both, and will go back. They are both risque, though desire seems to have a better nightlife. Both cater to all types of alternative lifestyles, as well as open minded vanilla people

By law, public nudity is not allowed in Mexico. However, they tend to look the other way. I know in the Cancun area there is topless sunbathing going on. It sounds like some of the others above know of true clothing optional places however.
