Beans, rice, and tortillas are served at most meals. Chicken is the most common meat, followed by beef, then pork. Mexican food uses a lot of cheese and a lot of sauces. Lettuce, tomatoes, avocados , onions are the most used vegetables, followed by carrots, corn, potatoes. Mexicans use a lot of cream, especially to top fruit for dessert. All kinds of fruits and juices are very popular. |
