I overall enjoy living in the U.S
i think its a country that has given opportunities to a lot of people
but i still think that the support we get in school is so low.
the percentage of mexicans attending college is way lower than it should.
i think its wrong that the u.s military attends schools where there are higher minority rates.

but im glad i was born here and not some other worst off place.

Went out to get some eggs for breakfast and took your question o the folks in my neighborhood here in Acapulco.
Everybody was beteewn about 25 to 50 years ols and only 1 person had been ( Colorado for 9 years )
They think we work to much and dont spend time with family and friends.
Like the cleanliness of our cities , the public services , the houses and land they are built on. They are concrete shacks , sittin one on top of another built into mountains here.
Some hated the corrupt Gov't here in Mexico but thought ours was just as corrupt - I quickly squelched those thoughts.Thier Gov't. is openly corrupt and is excepted.
They dont understand but envy the amount of cars we have and dream of being able to afford a porsche.
All in all they seem to think it is " the promise land of plenty "and just wish they could have that , only here in lovely Mexico - I agreed 100 %
The man that had done some time in the states was pretty smart and turned " gringo " in about 3 years time. He said he'd go back one day but no hurry as Mexico is his home and he wouldnt have it any other way.
I think that spoke volumes as most people feel that way about thier native country.
I do wish Christopher Columbus would have landed here though. Its just so beautiful - except for the trash and poverty. Scrub that off and abolish the corrupt gov't. , and you got paradise for me.

United States is not a good neighbor.

You always blame us in every aspect of your problems.

After World War II we helped you sending workers because you didn´t have ones, and when you reached your developement, you rejected us saying that mexicans were a plague.

On the other hand you have always drowned our developement. You supported the mexican revolution when Mexico was reaching a high developement, and you put us an embargo when we expropiated our petrol, but you failed.

And now you built a wall in the territories that were taken from us, AND STILL YOU ASK US FOR A VISA TO GET IN A LAND THAT WAS OURS.

But we don´t care americans, and we know that with you is impossible any kind of agreement.
