I guess it depends on what you kind of vacation you like. Mexico City is one of the most overly populated, polluted cities in the WORLD. It would not be a place to relax and unwind.

If you want a more relaxing hangout, I would choose Acapulco or Cancun during the off season (beaches, nice weather, less/no pollution).

NO. NO. NO. NO!!!!!!!!!!! THAT CITY IS ONE OF THE MOST POLLUTED CITIES IN THE WORLD SOMETIMES YOU CANT EVEN SEE CAUSE THE SMOG IS SO THICK!!!!!!!!!!

It can be a rough city...I would not take kids or go alone.
