Sabritas are the most popular brand name here. Sabritas are our Lays Chips. However, the most popular chip are the handmade ones with lemon and Valentina salsa. These are usually made right in the street in large, portable fryers....and they are delicious! You can also eat a botana....that would include these chips, churros, and peanuts. All, of course, served with lemon and chile. |

All flavors, but chili and limon are popular here in Baja. I'd like to point out that Worcestershire sauce was created to mask the odor of bad beef long before Mexican beef cattle were raised commercially.. See answer on this page.. You may be surprised to learn that much of your fast food burger meat is raised in the state of Sonora,Mx. The US is a big importer. Sorry, got off topic there. |

You will find the most common to be Chile con limon. Cheetos even sells this flavor there as well. |

Beats me. I think the ones that have chile and lemon. Seems like most of the food in Mexico has chile and lemon flavor, people like it. Their taste buds have developed a taste for this, perhaps because it is spicy. |

I don't know why but people in Mexico love all their food with lime and chilli. I have been working In Sonora, Mexico for over 2 years now and experience the Mexican lifestyle myself. |
