If the border patrol catches them they are taken back to the Mexican side of the border and released. The first two times they are caught they just release them back and ban them usually 10 years for each attempt. On the third attempt they face jail time. Usually 75 days in a U.S. jail before they are released back into Mexico.

They will have a long beautiful life living in the "Land of Milk and Honey" and probably you will see them at places like McDonalds or Taco Bell or in front of Home Depot trying to make some cash es'e! What about all them other countries coming over here, how come they only put up a fence for Mexico? Kind of strange if you ask me es'e.
