What is mexico like and how will it be like when i'm there?

My family and I have vacationed there twice for 7&10 days. We had a great time and enjoyed the people. Speaking spanish is a good thing if you are not staying in a resort geared towards tourists. I found the people great and the food great and didn't cost anymore than a trip to Disneyland for four persons. Respect the country.

Mexico is a fine place to visit. What it will be like when you are there, I cannot say. Between now and then there could be Armageddon, we never know.

Dirty compared to American standards. NOISE pollution , fend for yourself mentality , Povety , happiness , stray dogs , unbeleivablly good ( cheap ) food. Mountains , beauty beyond words , Great weather , crime , corruption , undependable water and eletricity, wonderful people , fresh fish . Armed guards and police , back allys , alot of good shopping

Mexico is a beautiful and great nation, it's the opposite of United States. (I'm not saying US is bad, IÂ´m saying that we are completely different from each other.)

Right here, right now, it is OK. Over there a couple miles right now, it is not OK. In a little bit here it will be good. Over there a bit it will be great. Then it won't be so good. In that place it will be bad, but in another one, better.

it depends on where you go. if you go near the border that separates texas and mexico, like to cities like laredo, or progresso (sp?), then its gonna be bad. i'm not trying to be mean or anything, but thats just the bad part of mexico. it smells, don't eat the food there. especially the chicken or meat. some places are good, but don't eat anything someone is selling on the side of the road. my family and i used to go there all the time. it was soo much fun, but back there, there wasn't soo much danger. i haven't been there in about 2 years, but there are some fun stuff too. you can get someone to draw you. u know like a picture of you, and they come out soo good. and its only like 10 bucks. and there are horses, that can take you to another part of mexico. i found it fun. but if your going to go farther into mexico, i think it would be more safe, but there is alot of polutiong, and its sometimes hard to breathe.
