I went to rosarito and took my 17 year old cousin clubbing but they would not let her in....then just about 2 weeks ago we went to jalisco, mx and they let her in easily!! why?? i know it souds kind of dumb but i'm curious!!
18 is the legal age for everything. Allowing an under-age in a night club or bar is illegal, although age restrictions are rarely enforced, specially in touristic areas. Under-age girls are more likely to be admitted in a night club than boys.

High school students from around lower New Mexico just go down to Palomas and go to the bars/clubs and they allow all of them in no problem.
These high school students range from 15-18.
