ive been there many times. i dont think theres a law for that, let alone anyone who cares that much to enforce it! most people in mexico dont smoke b/c it costs too much.

but any kid can buy sigarettes although it is oficially illegal and a lot of people dont sell sigarettes to little kids ,unless they say its for their father.

Legal age is around 16 but everyone does at at watever age.
