Do you mean appliances? AC plugs? They're the same. Your appliances will work just fine there as they do here.

I've taken a little T.V., a stereo, and a cell phone charger, and I had no problems.

I think it's only overseas where it's different.

Nominally 120 Volts/60 Hz, the URL says 127 but that won't matter for appliances that use 120V. If you have 220V appliances such as a computer, check the power supply brick. It will probably say it works on 100-240V 50/60 Hz. If you have something like a small refrigerator that uses 220V, then you will need a transformer to step the 120V up to 220V.

The same than in US, 110 -120V. You can check it in loneplanet.com Mexico section to see the king of plugs but we have the same than in the States.
