Check the cruise section on Expedia. It might help narrow it down for you. You'll probably need to do a 3-4 night cruise. If you live in the area, consider doing a last minute cruise - the prices can really drop when they are trying to fill cabins. : )

I just looked at Expedia, and it looks like Carnival has some 4 night cruises starting at just over $225pp - from the South. Remember that you may have addtional port charges and that the rates will vary with when you plan on going.

I have a boat on Lake Erie. I'll drive ya around the lake for a few days and give you some snacks such as potato chips - thats about all you are getting for 250! :-)

after doing 32 cruises, 12 lines, that price will qualify for a moderate cruise..small accomodations, inside cabins..but main goal should be destination..and ports you want to see as food and amenities will be worth that experience..all lines except Holland America are extremely , LETS GET YOU BACK mined!

Art art swcart@sbcglobal.net Have a good cruise!

If you are willing to do during the "off season", the Mexican weekend cruises leaving from the San Pedro/Long Beach port in Los Angeles is cheap and fun!

Contact your travel agent or if you are an Auto (AAA) Club member, they can help you. The more inexpensive cruise line is probably Carnival.

If you are local to a port you can go for a 4 night cruise. My husband and I did this from Los Angeles, visiting Catalina Island and Ensenito, Mexico with an ocean view room.
