1. The people--95 percent of the people would give you the shirt off their back, if you needed it.
2. Prices--Say you had to have an operation in the USA that cost $2,000. The same procedure in Mexico would be $200.
3. Beaches--Some of the best in the world.
Best Place to Snorkle -- Xelha
Best Place to SCUBA -- Cozumel or Holbox (when the whale sharks are there)
4. Ancient Civilization--You can explore the pre-Columbian cities of the Maya, Olmec, Mixtec, Zapotec, Totonacs, Toltecs and others.
5. Beer--I've never met a Mexican beer that I didn't like.
6. Shopping--
Best Place to Shop for a Guitar -- Paracho
Best Place to Shop for Silver -- Taxco
Best Place to Shop for Onyx -- Puebla
Best Place to Shop for Opals -- Queretaro
Best Place to Shop for Hammocks -- Merida
Best Place to Shop for Crafts -- Tlaquepaque
Best Place to Shop for Woven Goods -- Teotitlan del Valle
7. Great museums--Starting with Mexico City, but just about every state capital has a great museum. |

The Mexican People are a brave and proud people, and deserve to be honored for their arts, culture, history, language and courage. It is just their big family mentality that is producing way too many children than they could ever support, and so the flood of illegal immigrants. They would be much smarter to control their population growth and learn to live within their means. |

i was born and raised in the states, but i have family in mexico. if there's one thing i love about mexico, it's the FOOD!!! mexicans know how to cook. :D i always miss my grandma's cooking :( it's pretty cheap over there too. the things you can buy.. omg. the candy is good. they drive crazy, but they get you where you need to. :P if you visit the ruins around there, they're awesome!!! i love the culture. they're hardworkers in the day, but at night they love to relax. i love mexico very much.. but i wouldn't live there.. lol |

You don't give them the burden of letting them give you their water, of course. Bring your own. |
