It really depends on what you are looking for. Are you young and love to party with crowds? Go in March during Spring Break. Do you like the resorts quieter, go in September or October (but it's hurricane season so make sure you have travel insurance). Do you like scorching temperatures, go in July August. Personally I love the end of April/May. It's not too hot, busy but not overcrowded.
Jan and Feb are good times as well, but it gets chilly at night and is usually very windy.

On begginig of October because there is not any holidays so the airfair tickets are cheaper and the hospatality as well. And the temperature is just great not too hot

The Canadian and American Governments should issue travel warnings to Mexico not just advisories. It is obvious that the police are corrupt and probably help commit the crimes. They try to cover them up. How can a person show so much blunt force trauma to different parts of his body and be on life support falling from a second floor balcony? We need to stop giving our tourist dollars to Mexico until they correct this corruption and attack on tourists. This happened in Cancun a few days ago.

I went to Cancun last year aroun July and I had a blast. I found in looking for the cheapest time to go it didn't really matter. The difference was the distance between your booking date and the time you want to vacation and the site you use. I used www.ytbtravel.com/gordonsa and got a great vacation package for cheap.

if you are young you must to go in march for the best partys of spring break , if you dont want to see many tourist you can go in may , if you go in june start the summer break and you can see all students of the Universitys of USA, if you want low prices you can go in october and you need to see the weather because is hurricane time... but is the same think all years. so good luck!
