there's a lot to do in Guadalajara but it all depends on you... to start with in the town itself you can go out and ask the natives of the town of any landmarks and go see their culture.. and in the night there are many discos where you can go to or cafeterias and if in Guadalajara you are not happy travel in the camiones they go many places they're many nearby towns and little ranchos

I'm a tapatia and there are a ton of things to do here! going to the mall just to window shop is always an option, or you could go downtown on weekends specially on sunday there are a lot of cool things to look at while you are there just walking and also visit the museums there are around the area or get in a tour in the two floored red bus, go ice skating just have fun!

There's so much to do in Guadalajara! But... if you really think you've done it all or you need a change in scenery, take a bus ride to Patzcuaro, Michoacan or go to Guanajuato. It's only 2-3 hours. The culture, scenery, crafts, and food are different. Stay a few days and then go back to Guadalajara. It's helpful if you have a "Let's Go" or "Lonely Planet" book.

You could visit the Plazas, check out their malls, go out to see the crafts and markets at Tlaquepaque, downtown there are beautiful old buildings and museums you can go to. 3 weeks is wonderful, I went twice, but only for the weekend. I wish I would have had more time. Look for the plazas with marachis. The goverment buildings and the cathedrals are amazing! Have fun and good luck!!

I don't know... I've been there and I think its really fun to just walk around in the markets and buy some cool little things... you can get them for really cheap prices obviously lol. COMPRAS UNAS COSAS!! lol. Have fun while your vacation still lasts!

On the weekendsdwntown is like a big flea market. Or go to Plaza Mexico and hang out at Starucks, or go to Plaza Galeria there is lots of window shopping to do or check out a movie there in the Cinopolis ( there are like 20 screens). Hang out at Plaza Bonita and people watch. Go to the Tequila tours. Go to the Garibaldi (GDL is the birthplace of Mariachi music). You can eat out t some of the fine establishments like El Gordo (Alejandro Fernandez' favorite) or La Chata or Hacienda Navarro. There are night clubs too if your are into that. Check out the Cathedral or the museums.
