King of CancÃºn

There is something for everyone in CancÃºn.
Going out to eat: I recommend you check out Lorenzillo's. It's a seafood restaurant and they have the best sea food in the world. Also, Carlos N' Charlies is good and Pat OBriens. Also, I recommend one night you go on the Captain Hook Pirate Cruise Dinner. You get on one of two ships and sail out into the Caribbean and you eat then on the way back the two ships converge and put on a show a pirate fight. It's really fun to go on!

CancÃºn is basically just one beach so where ever your hotel is at is the section of beach you will have. If you want though you can go south to Playa Del Carmen. They have one of the top ten beaches in the world.

Beer is everywhere in CancÃºn. At your resort though if you just ask the bartender for a beer you will get a corona. But if you go out to eat you can get pretty much any beer you want. Dos Equis, Corona, Modelo, Tecate, and Sol and the major Mexican beers you will come across in CancÃºn.

There is tons of shopping in CancÃºn. They have everything from little hand-crafted items to designer stores. Some of the best places to go are La Isla shopping center and you can also check out Kukulcan Plaza, Flamingo Plaza, La Fiest America, and you definitely need to go to the little flea-markets. They are a lot of fun and you can get things dirt cheap. Market 28 is good.

The bars/clubs you need to check out are CoCo Bongo's, Senor Frogs, Dady O, Dady Rock, The City, Bulldogs, Dos Equis Bar, and Congo. Those are the most popular ones and they are all fun. You also need to go on the Party Hopper Tour. You pay one price and you go to three bars in one night and you get VIP access and all your drinks are included and you can order whatever you want. I think it's around $65. It's well worth it and you will be so drunk by the end of the night you won't remember your name.

Places to take your family to eat/drink that they would like and wont' be to wild for them are Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and also Bubba Gumps. If you feel the need to watch football or any other sports I usually go to Outback Steakhouse. They have tons of tvs and always have sunday football on. Another place to take them that they might like is Playa Cabana. You can sit and relax and have a drink in a cabana or get a massage or swim. It's a nice little beach bar type setting.

Just got back two months ago from there. you can do all the above plus... Plenty of bars and good eats. If you want to do the family thing go see some of the ruins,Flea markets,swim with the dolphins.You can jet ski,para sail, Take a trip to Isla Muejes(great time) scuba diving,snorkeling. We stayed at an all inclusive, really would never have to leave,hang out at the beach,hit the pool drink at the pool bars,anyone gets served. You will not run out of things to do.
