If what you are looking is for those that have technical support, the next have many dealers in Mexico:
Toyota (Rav4)
Honda (CR-V)
Ford (escape)
Nissan (murano)
Chevy (equinox)
Ford (freestyle)
Honda (pilot)
Toyota (4Runner)
Nissan (Xterra)

Not a good idea to bring to Mexico the rest of cars you mentioned, since there are neither dealers nor parts or profesional mechanical service.

Bagalood is right. And...the important thing is to have a sturdy , high off the road vehicle with a good suspension, great tires, and reliable. This is esp. true if you are going to be driving lot in more "remote" areas where roads are often "challenging." You said you will be buying a used vehicle, so I hope you will be able to just pay for it. If it happens you need to finance it, remember, when you come, you have to get a car permit, and if the car is financed you must have a letter of permission from the financer. They will not give you that letter until you are at least 6 months into your contract. See website below for some more good info. Good luck to you.

Other places may be different, but here in Mazatlan you would not want ANY Subaru or Kia because we have no dealers or parts. I fear some of the Honda's would be difficult also. Nothing exotic dual fuel from ANY make.

Go with the Chevy. The Japanese and Korean vehicles are all dangerous anyway. Actually the best vehicle for Mexico, with all the potholes, speedbumps and other poor road problems would be a Dodge Ram,Durango or a more recent Dakota or Nitro. Of course Jeeps are good as are the Mercedes. GM is also great. You will find dealerships with all the parts in Mexico. If you even find the Subaru, Kia or Mazda the parts will be difficult to fdind. Remember Japanese and Korean vehicles head the 10 MOST DANGEROUS list and Mexican roads are very punishing and dangerous for driving. The only drivers worse than Mexican drivers in Mexico are the Chinese in China. Stick with something good that is made and or sold in Mexico: GM, Dodge, Mercedes. Yes Ford is made and sold here too, but they are afterall , Ford.

Nothing on the list stads out as a car to avoid. You need to base you decision on the individual vehicle. Have a machanic check it out thoroughly before you buy.

I have a Nissan Murano, and it is a great car. Probobly not great for a lot of rough off road driving, but would do great on standard dirt roads
