In my opinion Winter or Spring are the best seasons to travel here because during Summer and part of Fall we get mostly rain. This is on states around Mexico City.

winter time is turist season in mexico so you might want to go during that time since everyone from all over the world will be there. other than that you can go anytime

it really depends on where you want to go off season is the best for resort areas, however right now the caribbean side has an excellent weather for GREAT promotions check this out:
