go to your postoffice.. ask for a passport form. fill it out.. and mail it off !

The answers abpve this one are correct if you are a U.S. citizen. And if you are and you are in Florida I do not understand why you posted this in Mexico.
Assuming you are a Mexican citizen, you will have to contact the Mexican Embassy to get your passport. The link is below.
They can usually get all the paperwork taken care of at a post office (if there's more than one in your city, go to the main branch). You can get the pictures at Walgreen's

Look online for where to apply for one in your state. I had to get one and I live in southern Illinois, I had to mail my application to Chicago. Should be the state embassy I think. It's been a long time so I'm not sure.

US passport? at your local Post Office. Visit state.gov. You don't need a visa if you are a United States citizen traveling to Mexico.
