I just visited one here in Yucatan, three days ago, because a friend of mine had this niece that's related to an american THAT ACTUALLY CAME DOWN HERE TO HAVE HIS SURGERY DONE because he though it was a better idea than U.S. hospitals. That same day there were two other american citizens in exactly the same situation...
