Playa Del Carmen is really nice, we stayed at Riu Palace, all adults, super inclusive. Very nice. Had a blast! You should check them out online. Good luck on your marriage and have a great honeymoon!!

Hola. I live here in Cabo and there are only a couple options for adult only resorts here. First, the Pueblo Bonita Pacifica which is a nice place and close to all the ammenities (town, beach, activities, etc) but a little boring. You could stay at the El Presidente which is an all inclusive and has an adult only section but it is in San Jose del Cabo, about 20 minutes from Cabo, but closer to the airport, but also older crowd.

If I were planning a honeymoon, I would stay at Dreams, or the Melia, or the Marquis. Each have lovely arrangements for newly married, and most of these resorts you won't even notice any children around. Or since this is kinda a once in a liftetime type holiday, I would spoil myself and stay at the Esperanza or the One and Only Palmilla. You'll be too pampered to notice any kids around.

Your only other option is Desire, which is a clothing optional resort.

My daughter and her husband loved Playa Del Carmen. I have been to Los Cabos, but we were on a cruise and didn't see much of it.

I don't know of any adult only resorts in Cabo (the RIU Palace is all inclusive but not adult only) however secrets resorts in Cancun offer adult only all inclusive plans.

Cabo is the nicest place you can travel to in Mexico. The police are not there to haggle you but to protect you, that cannot be said about other parts of Mexico. Any hotel you can find on the internet is going to be safe. You can walk around the city all night if you stay in the touristy part and you wont' find any trouble. Enjoy your vacation!

Stay in the U.S. Go to Vegas or Hawaii. Don't risk getting robbed or kidnapped in other countries right now.

Especially Mexico. A lot of people are in hock due to drug deals gone bad. They are looking to make a quick buck by kidnapping, robbing, mugging, and carjacking.

Good luck. Nothing against Mexico. Just read the headlines. Things are pretty bad over there.
