Guerrero, Oaxaca, Michoacán, Veracruz, Campeche, Quintana Roo, and Yucatán.

You may find more darkskin women in those states with bigger indigenuous / african population. Indigenous people were and are settled mainly in southern states like: Chiapas, Yucatan, Veracruz, Tabasco, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Michoacan and Campeche.

In the north and urban areas you will find women with lighter skin and some european charachteristics (blonde hair, blue eyes, etc etc). Without indigenous settlements, the northern states have less "mestizaje" (mix between spaniards / europeans with Indigenous people).

probably the south of Mexico, states that most answerers said, i live in the north and although there are people with dark skin the majority has light skin, brown hair, etc

sweetmommy
Probably Yucatan because of the huge Indian influence.
