Which is better: Puerto Vallarta or Cancun?

The beaches in Cancun are much nicer. Caribbean water. I liked Puerto Vallarta, the people, the resort and the food but I wasn't crazy about their beaches. If you are a beach person go to Cozumel or Riviera Maya since you already went to Cancun.

Enjoy wherever you decide to go.)

We rented a house for 2 weeks in Manzanillo, which is about mid way between of Puerta Vallarta & Acapulco.
It was fabulous.
Rented a car & just got up & drove where we wanted, when we wanted.
There are some very nice resorts & cruise lines sometimes docked in the downtown port area.
We felt safe & had no problems while there.

i went to the mayan riviera and liked it best. we stayed here,

at the coba part of the resort. it was amazing. you can use the differant parts of all 3 hotel areas no matter which you stay at. but tulum was right on the beach. they had golf cart shuttles everywhere though.

Ive been to puerto vallarta and its a great place. You should go there since you've been already at Cancun. Its always fun going to new places.

If you want the best place for a fun trip I found that the island of Cozumel is the best deal, safest place, best people, and you have safe drinking water. There are a lot of resorts on the island we enjoy the Park Royal just a little south of the town of San Miguel. You can't go wrong with this place in the sun. You've already been to Cancun so you know the Airport and customs routine. To save a couple of hundred bucks. Fly into Cancun, take the Playa del Carmen bus, it's more like a custom coach for $8.00 one way. This will take you a little over an hour so you have to plan the trip so you have plenty of time to catch the Ferry. Once in Playa del Carmen take the Ferry to Cozumel $16.00 one-way. The boats leave on the hour from 5am to 11PM. You're on Coz and all you do is catch a taxi to your hotel and you're all set.
I'm sure you are looking at the All-inclusive deal.

but yeah cancun is ok purto vallarta i think is the best..i mean cabo san lucas sounds good too but to many tourists go there and i think it's burned out...i'd suggest Puerto Vallarta
And Tour the City Mexico Has a lot of Natural Beauty...Moutain ranges valleys..to the beaches can't get better than Mexico
