Why do Mexicans wear cowboy boots all the time?
Carlos Mencia said that they are great for jumping over fences because the pointy toes slide into chain-links. But why wear them everywhere?
That's not why, Carlos Mencia is a comedian, he'll say anything.
Mexican cow-boys are just like white boy cow-boy, Their ranchers and they wear them everywhere. They would probably wear them to bed. Or just being naked with only his cow-boy boots on taking a mean ****.

SOME Mexicans wear cowboy boots "everywhere" for the same reason cowboys and those good ol boys down in Tejas do. Or anybody else for that matter. They like them? They are comfortable? It's their style. Take ur pick. I don't know why people even ask questions like these. I guess the same reason people like me answer em every time. Hell if I had a good pair right now I'd slide em on.
Plus Mencia's a comedian, u can't take much they say too seriously.
